- On July 9, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 3 times: 2 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Latakia province;
- On July 9, Israeli airstrikes targeted the outskirts of Baniyas. Material losses were reported;
- On July 9, Israeli drones assassinated Yasser Qarnabash, a senior Hezbollah officer in the Beirut-Damascus highway near Lebanon border.
