- On January 8, Resistance forces attacked the US base in the Karab al-Jir area with suicide drones two times;
- On January 9, nine SAA servicemen were killed and 14 others were wounded by a roadside bomb explosion in Homs desert;
- On January 9, Jordanian warplanes targeted the As-Suwayda countryside in Syria, causing casualties.
