- On January 30, the Russian Ministry of Defense recorded no case of hostilities and ceasefire violations in the Idlib region in the past 24 hours;
- Hossein Akbari, the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Syria, denied the news that Iran’s advisory center in Damascus was targeted. No Iranian citizens or advisers were killed, Hossein Akbari said;
- On January 29, Resistance forces attacked the US base in the Shaddadi area with several rockets;
- On January 28, Syrian security forces raided the city of Nawa in Daraa province and killed six terrorists, including Osama Shehadah Al-Azizi, the ISIS commander of the Hauran region.
