- On February 28, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 5 times: 1- in Aleppo province, 2 – in Latakia province, 2 – in Idlib province;
- On February 28, SDF artillery shelled Mayadeen city. One civilian was killed and three others were wounded;
- On February 28, explosion was reported near Qunaitra in the occupied Golan;
- On February 28, the US base in the Al-Omar oil field reportedly was targeted by several rockets;
- On February 28, Turkish drone strikes targeted four vehicles and caused damage to the surrounding areas in the city of al-Malikiyah.
