On April 6, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 3 times: 2 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Hama province;
On April 5, the US coalition forces carried out an airdrop operation in the al-Hoss area and arrested 5 people;
On April 5, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SDF positions in the Ain Issa area.
