- On April 21, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 5 times: 2 – in Latakia province, 2 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Aleppo province;
- On April 21, an anti SDF demonstration took place in the city of Qamishli, condemning the violations of the SDF militia and its continued disruption of the work of public facilities and the establishment of more armed barriers in the city;
- On April 20, ISIS claimed responsibility for the killing of the leader of the SDF Ibrahim Al-Shawan, after his house was raided in the town of Al-Karamah;
- On April 20, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SDF positions near Tal Tamar.
