On April 19, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 2 times: 1 – in Latakia province, 1 – in Hama province;
On April 19, SAA intercepted and prevented passage of a US convoy consisting of five armored vehicles from the village of Tal Al-Dahab in the southern Qamishli;
On April 19, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled YPG positions near the Tal Rafaat;
On April 19, an SAA soldier was killed by unknown gunmen in Inkhil city.
