meanwhile more footage of destroyed nato vehicles keeps pouring in. i don’t think that a wargame simulation for an outcome this bad for the afu exists lol.
they have an unlimited supply of vehicles, ammunition and cannon fodder, they are trying to overwhelm the russians. you can almost call it a mass banzai charge but if it works, it’s over for the russians. if it doesn’t work, the russians won’t counterattack because of the cost in their soldier lives, and it goes back to the russians advancing behind their artillery.
yes, however the russians also have multiple layers of defense, so in any case it won’t be over in a snap. at the moment, ukraine has a bigger army than germany, france, uk, netherlands and belgium combined. but they are also pretty much at their peak potential right now. russia is not, if russia really commits, they have yet a whole lot more they could bring to bear. it’s all a matter of how much they are willing to commit.
russia has a lack in ammunition and military equipment so far. only if they have enough shells it can send additional troops to the front. if china starts to support the russian military complex the war against nato can go on.
according to prigozhin they have all necessary shells, but are choosing to stockpile them instead of sending more to the front. in this fog of war we’ll obviously never known the true situation.
that is evidently not true in this offensive. there has been a curious lack of artillery support for the ukrainian offensive and overwhelming artillery from the russian side. literally nobody believes the west’s military industrial complex has overtaken russia in this war, everyone has concluded russia is ahead
the ukrainians don’t have any of those things, their artillery support has been almost completely absent because it doesn’t exist, they have no air support, no air defense, and not even enough conscripts to escort their burning tanks the west gave them
