Following the liberation of Maarat al-Numan, the Syrian Army and its allies advanced north along the M5 highway liberating a number of villages from forces of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda). The villages of al-Qahira, al-Jaradah, Khan Assubul, Maarrat Dibsah and Ain Halbane were liberated. MORE HERE
