While there have been no major clashes in Libya recent, the security situation in the country remains tense.
- An ISIS commander, Adel Al-Saghir Al-Warfali, was reportedly arrested in the area of Bani Walid south of the city of Tripoli;
- Former Head of Tripoli Security Directorate Salah Al-Smuey was shot and wounded in a suspicious incident. He’s currently receiving medical help in Italy.
- The Libyan National Army announced that it will create a military airfield near the town of Ajdabiya.
