A brief overview of the recent developments in Libya:
- According to the SOHR, more than 2 600 Turkish-backed Syrian militants returned from Libya where they were fighting for GNA;
- The U.S. Africa Command released new photos of what it claimed to be Russian warplanes deployed in Libya;
- Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said that any Egyptian intervention in Libya has international legitimacy and ordered his army to be ready for missions inside or outside Egypt.
