- Iranian armed forces seized a vessel 38nm off the UAE port of Fujairah and transferred the vessel to Iran’s coast;
- Since last night, a total of 30 vessels including more Chinese vessels have transited the Strait of Hormuz with Iran’s permission. This move was made after diplomatic follow‑ups by China’s FM and ambassador in Tehran based on the “deep ties between the two countries and their strategic partnership.”
