I think SDF has come to it’s senses and will allow SAA control of the oil fields.
The deciding moment was probably when the the Deir Ezzor bridgehead on east bank was created weeks ago. Great strategy and a new crossing just north of Mayadin any day now (or in process right now). GREAT NEWS FOR SYRIA !

The SAA played well in creating the bridge and the capture of Mayadin, they showed only 30% of the captured weapons. The negotiations were about ISIS and the handing over of them for prosecution. The Russian and Chechen want to get these prisoners and try them, possibly execution.
