whenever you hold a sailiant that is as surrounded by a very strong enemy its fall or elimination is usually inevitable. only a few exceptions come to mind, verdun in 1916, kursk in 1943. but in the case of the former the french army was bled white to the point that it rose up in mutiny a year later, and kursk was an elaborate trap the red army prepared against an enemy which had lost its edge. the afu may hope avdeeka to be a trap too, but they are not the red army of 1943.
