- On November 15, the Taliban conducted a security operation against the ISIS slipper cells in the city of Kandahar. Eight ISIS suspects reportedly were arrested;
- On November 15, ISIS attacked a Taliban vehicle with a sticky bomb in the Kuta Sangi area of Kabul city. Two people reportedly were wounded;
- On November 15, ISIS claimed responsibility for the assassination of an alleged Taliban intelligence agent in District 4 of Jalalabad city;
- On November 15, at least six civilians were killed and seven others were injured by ISIS IED attack in the Dasht-e-Barchi area of Kabul city.
