- 42 Taliban members were killed in a recent series of raids in the province of Ghazni, local authorities claimed;
- The Taliban claimed that 4 vehicles were destroyed and several pro-government fighters were killed in the Seyuire district, Zabul province;
- Heavy clashes between the Taliban and pro-government fighters were reported in the Shamulzaie district, Zabul province. According to pro-Taliban sources, at least 55 pro-government fighters were killed and 5 pieces of equipment were destroyed.
