- A car bomb exploded in front of the gate of a Defense Ministry facility in Gardiz city. 5 civilians were killed and 19 others were injured;
- The Kabul government temporarily suspended the prisoner exchange with the Taliban claiming that the group violates its part of the deal;
- Kabul forces officially resumed airstrikes against the Taliban across the country.
