On January 31, four people were wounded by a mine explosion in Manugi district of Kunar province;
On February 1, Iran’s Consul General Sayyed Hasan Yahyavi met with Mullah Qudratullah Tariq, Taliban mayor of Mazar-e-Sharif city.
