- On April 25, Maulvi Abdul Fattah, head of Taliban mines in Badakhshan province and another Taliban member was killed by an IED attack in Faizabad city;
- On April 24, ISIS claimed assassination of a Taliban member in Taloqan city of Takhar province;
- On April 23, a terrorist explosion was reported in the Wesal school in Sare pol city;
- On April 21, as a result of several terrorist explosions in the cities of Mazar-e-Sharif, Kunduz and Khogyani, more than 81 people were martyred and injured;
- On April 20, at least 40 civilians mostly students were killed in three terrorist blasts at two educational centers in the west of Kabul city.

I don’t see the purpose why you still have “government control” in addition to “Taliban control” in these maps, Taliban is the only currently existing government/regime, like it or not.
Agreed. Could drop the green color entirely, for now. I would, however, make north & east Panjshir, as well as Andarab in Baghlan, the off-white color for contested.
