The Syrian Arab Army, the National Defense Forces, Liwa al-Quds, the Palestinian Liberation Army and other pro-government factions continued developing their advance in southern Damascus.
According to pro-government sources, troops have captured a number of buildings in both northern and southern parts of the ISIS-held pocket, but have failed to break the ISIS defense there.
Fierce clashes are ongoing.
