Militants shelled the civilian areas in the government-controlled neighborhoods and attacked Kurdish units (YPG/SDF) at Sheikh Maqsoud District.
Recently, the fighting also intensified along the Khalidiyah-Bani Zayd axis where the Syrian forces are advancing on Al Nusra and its allies.
