The Malian Armed Forces launched retaliation strikes on the Tuareg militants. LINK According to preliminary reports, the settlement of Tin Zaouatin, which was turned into a stronghold of Azawad militants on the Malian-Algerian border, came under a series of drone strikes.
The Malian military launched strikes with Turkish-made Bayraktar UAVs on the village. As a result of the attack, several dozens of Tuareg militants were reportedly killed. According to the footage from the area, the militants began leaving the settlement.
