Do a 911 type attack on one of the many American WMD stockpiles, and you would wipe out half the American population. Keeping so much nasty stuff in your own back yard is extremely stupid.
I think this might be referring to the human experiments by US government in adjacent nations to Russia. Many people died from these human experiments. Probably looking to find weaknesses in Russian DNA to apply their bioweapons.
Clearly the case. People need to keep this in mind when they hand over their genetic vulnerabilities to “23 and Me” and other DNA sample repositories.

“THE ART OF WAR”
The Pentagon’s insect army
by Manlio Dinucci
The Pentagon is busy pursuing all sorts of research. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is studying the possibility of using insects to infect crops, while the Office of Naval Research hopes to use other insects as sensors, capable of detecting explosives. This is not science-fiction.
Bio hazards is a concern of mine in ET/ED contact work. I bought a civilian full face respirator designed for NATO 40 mm NBC filters that I can bring with me on ops if I need it. The coveralls are also on my list. There are situations where you need an air supply also. But this mask should be good for everything else. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/147fb21c6e41429ce3a513455a39a410a341ae3999efe506816078623651872c.jpg
