Kurakhove is almost completely surrounded and blocked: even blowing up the dam on the Kurakhove reservoir did not help the Ukrainian army. Meanwhile, Russian assault groups rushed into the center of Chasiv Yar. Volodymyr Zelensky does not give orders for his troops to retreat.

On the fronts, the Russian Army retains the initiative, pushing through the Ukrainian armed forces’ defenses in several directions.

Kurakhove is being semi-encircled, and heavy fighting has begun in the city. The emergency blowing up of the Kurakhove  reservoir dam by the Ukrainian armed forces did not help matters: the volume of water was not enough to create a water barrier to the west of the reservoir. To the south of the Kurakhove  reservoir, Russian infantry units supported by armoured vehicles and artillery are attacking the village of Ilyinka.

The head of the Kiev regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, once called the city of Kurakhove an “impregnable stronghold” of the Ukrainian armed forces in Donbas. Now he cannot muster the courage to withdraw his troops from the “Kurakhove pocket”. The defensive perimeter became even smaller for the AFU under the threat of encirclement, and there are no reserves. Many Ukrainian military, without waiting for the order to retreat, are fleeing en masse from Kurakhove, as well as from other settlements – Elizavetovka, Ilyinka, Annivka and Uspenovka, where they are being pressed by the Russian army’s clutches. Attempts of the Ukrainian command to regroup forces in the Kurakhove direction are more and more often thwarted.

Russian bomber aircraft struck a temporary deployment point of the AFU in Sukhiye Yaly. The Ukrainians are now concentrating their forces there to prevent further advances by Russian forces towards the highway to Kurakhove

The last remaining settlements up to the Zaporizhzhya highway (coming out of Kurakhove) are Konstantinopolskoye and Yantarnoye. Taking control of these two settlements will completely block the Kurakhove group of the AFU.

At the moment, the Russian Armed Forces are assaulting the village of Berestki on the northern bank of the Kurakhove reservoir.  To the south, in the settlement of Dalneye, the fighting has shifted to the area of a farm in the western part of the village. In the southern part of Trudovoye, the Russian Armed Forces planted their flag and continued attacks by maneuver groups in the direction of the center.

The battles for every house in Chasiv Yar are ongoing now. After several months of heavy positional fighting, Russian assault groups have broken the enemy’s defenses in the Druzhba forest, which is located south of the western part of the Kalinovka settlement. Kalynivka itself has already been turned into ruins and resembles the western neighborhoods of Mosul in the spring and summer of 2017.

The city of Pokrovsk, southwest of Chasiv Yar, is already preparing for defense. Russian troops on the approaches to it are bringing up the rear and expanding the zone of control around the previously reached borders.

The front has also come into motion in the Vremevskoye direction (Zaporizhzhia Region). Russian troops are advancing towards the populated areas of Novodovarovka and Rovnopol. At least one case of the Ukrainian side using an attack helicopter was reported. The AFU on the Zaporizhzhia front is urgently manning and equipping the second line of defense with heterogeneous units, expecting a Russian large-scale offensive.

In the Orekhovskoye direction, Russian troops are moving towards Novoandreyevka (north of Rabotino) and Malaya Tokmachka.  To the east, after Rovnopol, the Russian forces have advanced to a depth of up to one kilometer and also continue to attack in the direction of Novodorovka.

In the Pokrovskoe direction, Russian units continue their offensive operations, showing success in liberating key populated areas and destroying AFU defensive lines. Russian troops are advancing westward from Novoalekseevka and towards Yurievka; they have already occupied the remaining northern part of Grigorovka and are continuing their assault on the neighboring Petrovka settlement. This is confirmed both by official statements by the Russian MoD, and by Ukrainian military analytical sources.

The situation in the Kupyansk direction of Kharkiv Region is becoming crucial. The loss of the village of Sinkivka by the Ukrainians has opened the way for Russian troops to the key logistical hub of Kupyansk. Control over this town will allow the Russian Armed Forces to strengthen their positions and improve supply. The entry of Russian units into the town of Kupyansk, where fierce fighting has broken out, has become a new element of the situation on the front. Assault groups managed to gain a foothold first in the sugar factory and then in the entire industrial zone. The area under the Russian Armed Forces’ control is also expanding to the south, towards the settlements of Kruglyakovka and Kolesnikovka.

In Kursk Region the situation is still difficult. Extremely heavy fighting is taking place there, and the Ukrainian armed forces are throwing reserves and expensive NATO armored vehicles into the battle to unblock some of their units. The Ukrainian army is sending more and more forces to the Kursk area, which has already become a new “Bakhmut meat grinder”. In general, the AFU is conducting a maneuverable defense, even trying to counterattack near Olgovsky Forest, but without success. Difficult weather conditions are aggravating the situation for both belligerents.

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian armed forces launched three unsuccessful counterattacks near the towns of Daryino and Nizhny Klin. In the area of Olgovsky Forest, about 200 personnel of the 17th AFU Brigade and 50 people from other units attempted to break out of the encirclement. However, their plans were uncovered, they were hit by fire, up to 180 men were killed and 24 were taken prisoner.

A mass grave: Ukrainian soldiers and officers fleeing in panic from Olgovsky forest

The entry of a Russian reconnaissance group into the Chernihiv region of Ukraine and the planting of Russian flags in the villages of Gremyach and Muravyi have added a new element to the situation. At the moment, the Ukrainians are unable to defend this area. This is due to complicated logistics and the withdrawal of combat units from the area.

Russian scouts entered the village of Muravyi in the Chernihiv Region of Ukraine, conducted a full reconnaissance, planted the Russian flag in the center of the village, and adjusted the MLRS fire on the enemy’s troops

Due to the heavy losses of military personnel, Kiev is mobilising another 160,000 people for the front line. Despite low morale, Ukrainian troops are holding their own, thanks to the draconian measures of Zelensky’s dictatorial regime. At the same time, brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and mercenaries are being formed and armed in NATO countries. They are constantly replenishing Ukrainian troops on the battlefield. Mass desertions and poor training haven’t led to a full collapse of the front.

In this respect, the successes of the Russian armed forces point to a significant weakening of the Ukrainian army, which gives the Russian troops the opportunity to take over strategically important locations and advance further. According to reports, the Ukrainian military command is even bringing in foreign mercenaries to carry out punitive operations in response to the mass desertion of its soldiers.

just propaganda. the front has hardly moved for years. the last decisive russian victory was won in bakhmut by prygozhin. if you look at the map, ugledar had 10 thousand inhabitants, and they talk about it in russian propaganda as if it were something special. bakhmut was 8 times bigger, and they stopped mentioning this city because it was liberated by the wrong person. i’m surprised they didn’t rename it “putinsk” after prygozhin’s murderer.

and those putin’s idiots managed to lose the kursk, giving nato the perfect excuse to test western missiles on russian territory.

Sno_ Wing_ Den 3

repeating stupid propaganda will not help you. this is the result of putin’s stupid policy of appeasement by the west. for so long, the idiot tried to please his western “partners” until they send him nukes straight to moscow. all atacms, storm shadow/scalp ballistic missiles can carry nuclear charges. you never know what the load was until after the impact, which will be a little too late in the event of a hit on the moscow, that will cause 100 million dead.

Sno_ Wing_ Den 4

it is 45000 km from kursk to moscow. it translates for 6minutes, 30 secons from the launch to impact, if you think russian idiots can intercept a ballistic missile in 6 minutes and 30 seconds, keep dreaming.

Sno_ Wing_ Den 5

nato didn’t started fighting yet. russian only managed to decimate russian proxies, which is the perfect result according to plan what jeeewish and anglo-saxons elites wanted to achieve. depopulation of slavs. and stop bothering me with your repeating bullshit. your fucktard nonsense will not help russia in case of the 5st nuclear strike as western launch sites are too close to react

i just wonder how the “elites” in kyiv came to the conclusion that they can still prevent the scenario where everyone in ulan bator evaporates less than seven minutes after nato launches these missiles from warszaw. is everyone so stupid? do they drink beer and do shit until the last minute, looking out the black smoke on the horizon before starting defending themselves like it was during ww2? perhaps after nuking moscow, russia will finally wake up and understand what a moron zelenskij was

Chuck Yeager

they already have. you really haven’t a clue, have you? none can carry nuclear warheads. storm shadow and scalp are not ballistic and are subsonic – they would take about an hour to reach moscow from the tiny part of kursk that the ukies are trapped in, and must be air-launched so the carriers would be shot down before launch. sounds like a prygozhin bum-boy is a sore loser…

anon

the ukie army is being ground into powder. it is in the same position as the germans/ japanese in 1944/5 or the confederates in 1864/5. it has been destroyed and rebuilt 3 times. it is now fielding the 4th xi. it only manages to keep going by resorting to desperate expedients, press ganging pensioners and teenagers, like the volkssturm. they even have their “wonder weapons” like those of 1944. the reason this has dragged on so long is that russia is not fighting ukraine.

it is fighting the whole of nato, which have themselves now been demilitarised, their arsenals (and treasuries) stripped bare to keep the war going. and they are now desperate, because they have nothing left, victims of their own delusions and their own propaganda. trump will soon wash his hands of ukraine and leave his eu minions holding the baby.

people in ukraine really have to avoid forced conscription now because this will be a new kamikaze ‘volkssturm’. recently they even forced a female cook to a frontline position and the average age is 40+ whereas rf is mainly fighting with young volunteers. the last line of defense of afu in donbass reached the ‘fire brigade’ phase. this feuerwehr strategy worked reasonnably for the germans in ww2 but here it is filling holes with holes🤡

Kibosh

brilliant tactics employed by russia is playing out. kettle the troop concentrations to the point the blocking units and war crime committing right sector pricks puss off out of fear of being caught, only to flee and hit the remote mines on the exit routes and suffer armoured pincer attacks on their flanks to take out their equipment, then pick em off before they can escape on foot beyond artillery range. take the conscripts prisoner and hand out smokes, job done.
