On the evening of December 24, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shelled the city of Gorlovka in the Donetsk urban agglomeration. At least 20 shells were fired at the Nikitovsky district of the city. As a result of the attack, a large fire broke out in a local shopping center.
Footage from the scene confirmed that the building was first destroyed by shelling, and then caught fire.
First, the building came under at least three waves of shelling. Immediately after emergency services came to the spot to eliminate fire and evacuate civilians, Ukrainian Nazis launched another attack on the area, intentionally targeting civilians and rescuers. This is the favorite inhumane tactics of Ukrainian Nazis.
According to preliminary reports, at least 5 civilians were wounded.
At about midnight, Ukrainian forces again shelled the center of Gorlovka. This time they used MLRS. At least one civilian woman was killed.
This is only one of the numerous attacks on civilians by Ukrainian Nazis over the past day.
