On April 18, troops of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) shot a handcuffed and blindfolded 15yo Palestinian boy who was attempting to flee after being detained for suspected stone-throwing in the West Bank, according to reports in local media.
Later the boy, that appeared to be shot in the groin area, was evacuated by Palestinians to receive medical treatment at Beit Jala near Bethlehem.
The video shows Israeli soldiers clashing with a group of Palestinians as they attempte to help the wounded boy.
