On October 24, ISIS’ news agency Amaq shared photos of a recent attack on the Nigerian government forces in the northeastern state of Borno.
The attack took place on October 16. A unit of the Nigerian Armed Forces was ambushed by the group’s terrorists on a road linking the towns of Magumeri and Gubio.
Amaq claimed that seven Nigerian soldeirs were killed in the ambush. Nevertheless, the photos show the bodies of five only. ISIS terrorists also seized a pick-up truck armed with a DShK 12,7 mm machine gun and several light arms.
ISIS intensified its attacks in Borno in the last few weeks. On September 25, the group’s terrorists attacked the convoy of Borno’s governor. At least 30 soldiers, policemen, local fighters and civilians were killed
Government forces operations against the terrorist group are not always successful. Last week, 30 soldiers were killed in a failed attack on hideouts of the group near the town of Duska.
ISIS’ growing presence in Borno, especially in the areas bordering Lake Chad, poses a serious threat to the security and stability of Nigeria.
Oh, FFS… WHY is the CIA in Borneo? I don’t even know where that is. I sure as hell hope they’re using some of their EU heroin profits on this nonsense instead of my tax dollars.Don’t we have one of our bioweapons labs down there? What’s on the bat-pangolin-ferret-human viral hemorrhagic fever menu this winter: Marburg or Ebola?

And soon the brave Nigerian army exacts revenge for this ISIS attack by attacking and murdering dozens of their Shi’a population.
