On Tuesday, the leadership of al-Hashed al-Shaabi in Anbar Province of Iraq announced that ISIS leaders and emirs along with their families have escaped from the district of Fallujah to Tharthar area northeast of Anbar.

“Accurate intelligence information revealed, that ISIS Arab and foreign leaders, emirs and a number of terrorists escaped from Fallujah with their families to al-Tharthar area,” the commander of Kamat Fallujah brigade, Colonel Juma Fazaa Jumaili said in a press statement.

Since June 2014, Iraq has been observing ISIS terrorist activities. The US-led coalition started its operations allegedly hitting ISIS, although many believe ISIS is a creation of the west.

However, the 66-member coalition has been failing to control ISIS terrorism, when a concerted push by Iraqi forces are dealing terrorists and forcing it out of the central city of Ramadi, the capital of the western Anbar Province.
