Amid the ongoing attempts of Washington to hide the truth about the terrorist attack in Moscow behind the ISIS brand, more and more evidences confirm the close ties between the terrorists and the Western intelligence.
The spokesman for the Taliban’s political office in Qatar, Sohail Shaheen, claimed that the main forces of ISIS which were operating in Afghanistan are now operating outside the country and are under the control of foreign intelligence services.
The official also noted that the Americans are trying to shield the true customers of the terrorist attack in Moscow with their statements about the involvement of ISIS militants.
