Iraqi Forces Liberated Very Last ISIS-held Town In Euphrates Valley

The Iraqi Army and the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) have liberated the area of Rawah from ISIS in the Euphrates Valley area in western iraq.

According to the Joint Operations Command, the army and the PMU setablished a full control over the town of Rawah, which had been the very last ISIS-held town in Iraq.

Rawah is located on the eastern bank of the Euphrates, near the border with Syria. The remaining ISIS members were forced to retreat deeper to the border desert between Syria and Iraq.
