Iraqi Forces Foil ISIS Attack near Mosul Destroy 32 Vehicles belonging to Terrorists

The Iraqi army and the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) have repelled an attack of the ISIS terrorist group, the Iraqi Defense Ministry said in a statement on September 27.

The defense ministry’s statement says that the Iraqi forces destroyed some 32 vehicles belonging to the terrorist group and killed unspecified number of ISIS fighters.

We recall, the Iraqi government restored control of Qayyarah in August 2016. Qayyarah is located on the western bank of Tigris, about 60 km south of the last major ISIS stronghold in Iraq, Mosul.

The Iraqi army and the PMU started operations south of Mosul in September in order to shape the battleground before launching an operation to liberate Mosul.

I wonder how many CIA and Mi6 and Mossad agents died in these attacks as well. http://ihr.org/ https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/753767f2d61c0a879c723c06736076375e3744c2fa69ff9473f796e5ac4df72a.png
