India signed with Turkey a $2.3 billion deal to jointly design and build five 45,000t Fleet Support Vessels (FSVs) for the Indian Navy. The project to manufacture the FSVs will be undertaken by India’s Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) and Turkish Shipyards.

Turkish Shipyards will modernize India’s local shipyard, design the ships, provide engineering services, planning and management of production, be responsible for the preparation of shipbuilding material specifications and main materials. The construction of the first FSV is scheduled to begin by the end of 2020. The ship is set to be delivered to the Indian Navy in 2024.

Two devils on bed. Erdogan was criticizing India strongly on its occupying and atrocities in Kashmir, drawing India anger.

Yet they are now collabrating in military. But India will at most get a Turkey 2nd class quality fleet.

Whereas China could build own 100,000 tons support fleets and aircraft carriers.

Zionism = EVIL

Turkey and India are both allied to the Zionist scum.

These three axis of evils all have long history of bloody atrocities since founded.

India invaded every single nation it can touch since independent 1947.

India really should be able to make their own ships of this class. Kinda pathetic how they rely on a minor power like Turkey for them instead.

After that deal is fullfilled, they will be. They will have a modernized production site, experienced workers who have already built 5 ships.
As India has the tendency to buy stuff which is not fancy but has already proven to work + with a thorough look on the buck spent – the surely did their due diligence on that, as well.

India has built aircraft carriers recently, but still can’t build a replenishment ship. It seems odd.
