In Videos: Fighting Began In Afghanistan’s Panjshir

Clashes broke out between the Taliban and resistance forces under the control of Ahmad Massoud jr. at the entrance to the Panjshir Valley.

Local forces have claimed that they had managed to repel the Taliban’s attacks on the passage that opens the way to Panjshir.

On August 23, the Taliban has besieged the pro-government forces, following the group’s call for negotiations. Having received no response, the Taliban delivered an ultimatum to surrender.

The Taliban is sending more forces to the region:

The resistance forces are also deploying reinforcements:

Why are you calling them resistance forces? Did they ‘resist’ foreign occupation with whatever force was necessary for two decades, or something?

Bruh

Official definition of “Resistance”

bazzolo

No, they are traitors that have made business with the yankees to loot and plunder Afghanistan. These are the same traitors who fought to dispose of the filo-soviet government and plunged Afghanistan into the Middle Age imposed by the Taliban.

Funny how they are rebranding themselves as fighters for democracy.

World_Eye

True, like the Taliban is government and these guys resist, they are not resistance forces, they are just people who want freedom for the Afghanistan people.

Alberto Bohon.

just as Albanian separatists in western Macedonia want freedom???

“Resistencia” puppet of Zionism

Wizzy

These guys looked so bored in the presidential palace in Kabul. Here, they are in their natural habitat. These so called ”resistance forces” should talk this out with the Taliban so all can go home and get bored with their families.

The Black Terror

Here we go again, Massoud’s people must be the “moderate rebels.” Sound familiar?

When the CIA lured the USSR into Afghanistan in the late ’70s inciting a civil war and preping/arming Islamists + Narco Clans/Gangs/Tribes as ‘their’ proxies they created the propaganda + cynic euphemistic term “Mudschaheddin” to sell the lie to the world. Sound VERY familiar today. Same Shit different labels, used around the globe.

The so called resistance is surrounded and can be starved out in time. Nobody is going to come to their rescue and the districts they captured have already been retaken by the Taliban.

By the way, in that kind of rugged terrain, what is the best fighing gear a soldier can have? Lightweight clothes with an AK 47 and an RPG 7 launcher with a few magazine loads of bullets and a couple of spare grenades like your average Talib, or 20 kilos of ballistic armour and Kevlar helmet, with pouches and packs hanging everywhere like the usual Amerikastani soldier?

It doesn’t matter, when you are outnumbered and don’t have any air support.

Alberto Bohon.

are there real sources of information where the government of Tajikistan is supporting and sending military supplies to the Northern Alliance resistance in Panshjir? for the government of Tajikistan denies these allegations!

Brokenspine66

It’s probably just disinformation + propaganda, Tajikistan is member of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) lead by Russia, it would be not in the interest of any of the members to fuel that conflict the only party who has a sinister vested interest is the AmeriCunts and their lackeys in spreading those fake-news to sow discord + division. India plays a very unproductive dubious + shady role just to stick it to China + Pakistan.

The Taliban have beautiful machines! I guess they are paid by the American taxpayers.
