An attempt of a group of Ukrainian servicemen on two US-made International M1224 MaxxPro MRAPs in the Kupyansk region was filmed by Russian reconnaissance drone. However, the attack failed. The group came under fire and was forced to hastily retreat. As a result, drivers of one of the vehicles crushed and maimed a servicemen. Ukrainians abandoned his wounded comrade, who was seen crawling away from the battlefield.
This is not the first similar case that was filmed and became publicly known. LINK
During the evacuation of the wounded, the Ukrainian BMP-2 ran over one serviceman and almost crushed several others. The vehicle reportedly came under attack of Russian UAV immediately after the evacuation.
NATO should first teach Ukrainian servicemen to ride their vehicles before they make a decision about the delivery of their expensive aircraft to Kiev fighters.
