New video from Ukrainian frontlines shows soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation destroying another Ukrainian drone with their bare hands. The brave Russian fighters were hunted by the small enemy FPV drone but finally destroyed it throwing a machine gun at it.

only good training would maintain the soldiers alive. imagine to die from crossfire of trying to shoot down a drone. obviously they were normal infantry units so they did not have the tools to destroy a drone without shooting.

these soldiers worked in team. one could have escaped leaving the other to be killed. they did not. i suspect the one who threw his machine gun was short on ammo. he threw what he had. that’s a risky move but he survived.
actually, in absence of a shotgun, a moderately long tree limb a little fluffy on the end would work in a pinch. they should maybe keep one nearby – something like that.
