In Video: Russian Small FPV Drone Forced Entire Ukrainian Unit To Retreat

Russian reconnaissance drone filmed the exodus of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from their military positions. A single strike of Russian FPV drone called ‘VT-40’ forced the entire Ukrainian unit to flee and abandon their positions.

The footage showed that the Russian small UAV with about 3 kg warhead struck the area near Ukrainian trenches. The strike likely caused no significant damage but had an impressive psychological effect on the Ukrainian military.

Numerous videos from the Ukrainian frontlines confirm the low morale of Ukrainian servicemen. Since the winter came to the battlefield, more and more Ukrainian servicemen are surrendering in all directions, from the Kherson region to the forests near Kupyansk. Ukrainian servicemen are unwilling to fight and entire units abandon their positions without a fight. LINK

i see only one problem, they run away walking calmly and being all grouped together and the problem is there, no shells or drones to finish them off

hi erina….somehow i feel you´ve been exposed to too much nato/zionist propaganda….the russians have proven themselves to be the force for good….time and again….to “finish them off” while they are retreating would be a crime against humanity and a crime against god….just my humble opinion….i wish you a pleasant evening

Redguard

not sure about that much since i’ve seen videos with russian drones dropping bombs on wounded ukrainian soldiers to finish them off (or at least to make sure they aren’t pretending to be dead). being a “force for good” can also mean trying to finish this war soon as possible instead of dragging it on which only leads to more people getting killed.

Redguard

there are only rules that protect soldiers who surrender but simply retreating to fight from a different position doesn’t grant you any lawful or moral protection. it is however possible that russians wanted to let them run away and film it to encourage more ukrainian soldiers to also retreat or surrender.

EchoFive

to eliminate retreating armed enemy is not a crime but solid tactics, obviously you never wore a uniform or walked a patrol

Redguard

they retreated in the wrong direction though, they should have raised the white flag and surrendered – a much safer option.

–does anyone know what the green material is in the ukrainians position. you always see it littered around their positions. its quite visible it must give their location away everytime.

there’s a video online “how to build a machine gun fighting position” which shows a tarpaulin used as a waterproof layer in the roof under the dirt, and pieces of plastic sheet from this kind of construction apparently get scattered about from shelling. possibly that’s what you are referring to? they seem to leave a lot of other litter around as well.

that could be trash from the ration packs.

mali aspoň trochu rozumu, i keď mali vyvesiť bielu plachtu a nechať sa zajať. takto ich čaká to isté, len o pár dní neskôr. zase si budú musieť meniť spodky. tomu sa mohli vyhnúť.

pointless if there’s 0 personnel destroyed with some kind of follow up shots.
