The Russian military has destroyed two more air defense systems of Kiev forces using precision-guided missiles, according to two videos released by Russian news sources on March 2 and 3.
The first video shows a strike on a Ukrainian S-300 long-range air defense system deployed near the settlement of Bohdanivka in the Donetsk region. The footage shows what appears to be a guided missile destroying a transporter erector launcher (TEL), of the 5P85D or the 5P85S type.
Meanwhile, the second video shows a strike on a Ukrainian Buk-M1 medium-range air defense system hidden inside a hangar near the settlement of Kotliarova in the Kherson region. The strike destroyed a 9A310M1 transporter erector launcher and radar (TELAR) as well as two other support vehicles of the system.
Prior to the start of the Russian special military operation more than two years ago, Kiev forces had some 100 S-300 systems in service, mostly of the S-300SP version, in addition to some 70 Buk-M1 systems, some of which were upgraded to the Buk-M1-2 standard.
In recent months, the Russian military stepped up suppression of enemy air defenses (SEAD) operations, damaging or destroying dozens of Ukrainian systems.
While the Russian military mainly used air-launched anti-radar missiles and loitering munitions to hunt down Ukrainian air defense in the early phase of its special military operation, most of the systems destroyed recently were reportedly targeted with Iskander tactical ballistic missiles and guided artillery rockets fired from Tornado-S launchers.
The use of ground-launched precision-guided missiles in SEAD have allowed for a faster response against Ukrainian air defenses, which are now being targeted within a few minutes after being detected using drones and other intelligence gathering means.

this is obviously something the russian military should be doing round the clock. 24/7, 365. non-stop. they should have established a well equipped task force for this, as well as aerial recon units before any troop deployment into forward area’s. it seems as if they do this for a few days, then they go to the beach to relax until they got like 5 planes shot down before they go, “ok, back to work!”
excellent work.
all that downvote salt.
yes! yes!
no one will defend you from our rockets now!
hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!
