Pro-government Palestinian militia Liwa al-Quds has deployed near the Turksih observation post near the village of Surman during the ongoing Syrian Army advance in southern Idlib. The video shows episodes clashes between Liwa al-Quds fighters and militants when the area still remained contested.

Liwa al-Quds became widely known during the battle for Aleppo, in which it palyed an important role in the liberation of the city from terrorists.
