Russian serviceman did not lose courage and kicked it off. As a result, the grenade exploded about 10 meters away.

it surely has to be a war crime to drop a grenade on soldiers who are hors de combat. two of the soldiers look half dead or severely injured and the guy who kicks it badly immobilized.
as long as the soldiers are armed – eighter with grenades or rifles, are on foreign country territory and are not clearly signaling their surrender, according to international law they are legitimate targets. moreover as putin refused to declare his raid on a neighboring country a “war”. so these invaders by international law are nothing but armed terrorists. so ukr has every right to kill also the wounded as long as the terrorists are armed and not surrendering.
yes executing wounded soldiers is most definitely a war crime, it is unfortunately very common in this war. the geneva conventions are generally only followed by countries that are on the winning side of a war.
