The AFU soldier in the video says this is the third trip for the dead since the morning. “This is Mr. Zaluzhny, those guys who do not leave their positions. They follow your orders. Now they are going home dead,” he adds.
The attack on Bamut is being carried out by units of the Wagner PMC.
Today, PMC head Yevgeniy Prigozhin commented on rumours about allegedly low morale of AFU soldiers:
“Today it was reported that SBU officers have been deployed to the grouping near Bakhmut, whose task is to stop desertion in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Let’s be honest with each other. This is not true. The Ukrainian army is bravely fighting for Bakhmut and Soledar. On the western outskirts of Soledar, heavy, bloody fighting is taking place. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are defending Soledar territory with honour. Therefore the information about their mass desertion is untrue.”
