The Houthi-Saleh alliance has conducted a series of military operation in the Saudi province of Najran, killing and wounding a number of Saudi mercenaries.

On Thursday, the Houthi-Saleh alliance blew up a military vehicle of Saudi mercenaries in the Saudi province of Najran, the Al Masirah TV-channel reported, citing its own unnamed military sources. Reportedly, Houthi-Saleh fighters managed to plant an improvised explosive device on a road, which Saudi soldiers used. As a result, all Saudi mercenaries, who were in the car, were killed.
Also on Thursday, a video, showing scenes of a military operation of the Houthi-Saleh alliance, aimed against Saudi mercenaries in Najran province, was published online.
The video shows a process of storming and mopping up of Al-Awadi hills, where alliance’s units were deployed after the operation and targeted Saudi sites, located on several axes. The footage also allows seeing armed clashes between Houthi-Saleh fighters and Saudi soldiers, which took place on Saudi positions.

As a result of the attacks, a number of Saudi mercenaries were killed and wounded. Wounded Saudi soldiers were seized by the alliance, while others fled the battlefield, being pursued by alliance’s fighters. The Houthi-Saleh forces also managed to seize the enemy weapons. After this, the alliance combed the hills and discovered two Saudi armored vehicles.
The video also shows bodies of dead Saudi mercenaries, left on the battlefield, as well as five destroyed military vehicles of the Saudi Army. Three military vehicles were destroyed during the clashes on Al-Awadi hills, another vehicle was burned down near the hills, and the fifth one was set afire during the sites’ combing.
On Wednesday, missile and artillery units of the alliance launched the Uragan missile, targeting a military camp of the Saudi National Guard in Najran province. As a result, the camp was destroyed. Meanwhile, other positions of Saudi mercenaries near the Yemeni border were struck with the Katyusha multiple rocket launchers. The source stressed that all the alliance’s artillery strikes directly hit the targets, damaging and destroying them.
On the same day, the alliance’s forces conducted a series of special operations in Najran and managed to mop up an area, located between the Alib mountains and Al-Khadra port.
