Hezbollah engaged over the night of July 25 and 26 Israeli fighter jets flying over Lebanon, firing anti-aircraft missiles at least twice.
The group announced the engagements in two separate statements. Video footage posted only showed one of the missiles fired by the group’s air defenses exploding right after passing next to an Israeli fighter jet, which was dropping flares. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) didn’t make any comment on the incident.
Separately, Hezbollah’s Military Media released a video showing an attack with what appears to be an FPV suicide drone against a Drone Dome counter-drone system of the IDF in the al-Abad border site. The attack took place on July 19.
Drone Dome was developed by Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. The system is made up of different sensors including a RADA Electronic Industries RPS-42 radar, a CONTROP Precision Technologies imaging system and radio signal detectors.
The system costs a little over $3,2 million. Several systems of this type have been destroyed by Hezbollah since the beginning of the ongoing confrontation.
Another video that was released by the group’s Military Media showed a strike with an anti-tank guided missile against a building occupied by Israeli troops in the settlement of Metula from July 22.
The clashes on the Lebanese-Israeli border first broke out after the start of the war in the Gaza Strip last October, with Hezbollah and its allies carrying out attacks in support of the Hamas Movement and other Palestinian armed factions in the enclave.
So far, the border clashes have resulted in 12 civilian deaths on the Israeli side, as well as the deaths of at least 18 IDF soldiers and reservists. On the Lebanese side, more than 500 people have been killed, including 359 fighters of Hezbollah and over 100 civilians.

wow they uploaded a video showing they clearly flew by the target. pathetic. they destroyed no drone system there.
iran obviously has ad systems that can at least challenge and maybe destroy israeli jets. either they have not shared these with hezbollah or they have not yet allowed their use. considering the continuing deadly attacks on lebanon by the israelis, i am wondering why that is?
that missile hit something bet is was a jewish f35 garbage lmfao 🤣
