On October 15, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
11 of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones, and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
An additional video shows an attack with a TOS thermobaric rocket launcher on Ukrainian fortifications somewhere in the Sumy direction.
One more video shows an airstrike with “cruise missiles” on a bridge used by Kiev forces close to the settlement of Pokrovskoye in the Dnipropetrovsk direction.
Another video shows an airstrike with UMPK-equipped FAB-3000 guided glide bombs that hit a gathering of Kiev forces in the settlement of Uspenovka in the Zaporizhzhia direction and a Ukranain position in the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk direction.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “energy facilities of Ukrainian defense industry enterprises and transport infrastructure that supported the operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), ammunition depots, long-range unmanned aerial vehicles storage areas as well as temporary deployment areas of the AFU and foreign mercenaries in 145 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry added that Russian air defenses shot down eight guided aerial bombs and 142 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 667 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 90,281 drones, 632 air defense systems, 25,518 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,600 multiple rocket launchers, 30,478 artillery pieces, and 44,011 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
