Greater Idlib Militants Resume Attacks On Syrian Army After Earthquake Halt

On February 9, al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), the de-facto ruler of the northwestern Syrian region of Greater Idlib, resumed its attacks on the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) after a short halt that was forced by the recent Turkish-Syrian earthquake.

The terrorist group’s snipers targeted two soldiers of the SAA near the town of Kabani in the northern countryside of Lattakia, one of several Syrian governorates which were badly affected by the February 6 earthquake.

The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that both soldiers were killed. However, this is yet to be confirmed.

The SAA responded to the attack, which was a violation of the ceasefire in Greater Idlib, by shelling several positions of HTS in the Turkmen Mount in the northern Lattakia countryside and near the towns of Benin and Fleifel in the southern countryside of Lattakia.

HTS’s attempt to escalate amid ongoing rescue operations within Greater Idlib and in nearby government-held areas reflects its disregard for humanitarian considerations. Around 4,000 were killed in Syria and more than 16,000 others in Turkey as a result of the earthquake.

In the last few months, the terrorist group launched dozens of attacks, including raids, rocket and drone strikes, from Greater Idlib to sabotage ongoing Russian efforts to restore ties between Ankara, who maintains forces in the region, and Damascus.

secularism leads to all kinds of evil and eventually adrenochrome pedophillia satanism.

brit-am kikes have already lost.

Axis (Germany Japan Italy Turkiye) has already won, because BRICS is now Axis.

2023 is the defeat of secularism and Victory of Islamism.

Theres only one True HezbAllah(swt) in Syria, The People of Idlib.

I think They are NATO backed I think. Kobani is the granary town. You need to look into their MO. Assad Damn is the main water source and there should be systems leading through arable areas. Plans to skirt them or move inside would show their training and psychology. Locals in the towns would notice them but you can get the ghsot peasent phenomena in these palces where they can be bought off easily forr a feew weeks food. CHeck agricultural records or sattelite maps of land usage and see which farms are still succesful. British Mandat often backs a certain middle class elite and these towns follow the lie of the land. Age of buildings tells you which date they were built following architectural styles. Looting patterns are another factor.

SOmething to consider. Look at past mistakes and internal politics between officers at how special forces and air raids were carried out. Human psychology is still a factor. Runing spec ops stuff with safe houses and grass roots support requires decision making and cultural intelligence. These people are native, semi native, locals or raidclas from abroad even mercenaries. They’ll move and think a certain way.Freind of mine knew these games and used to take them on a maigcal myster tour of his own.

Syria needs to develop an effective anti sniper camera system like the israelis have that enables precision locating of incoming projectiles.
