Another scheme used by Ukrainian military commanders to earn money was revealed. A wife of a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was offered a discount on the funeral of her husband; but here’s the tricky bit. Her husband was alive. The discount was offered soon after the soldier was wounded and was taken to the hospital. He survived and went back to the front, but Ukrainian funeral agencies do not care, they are looking for clients in advance. Personal data of wounded Ukrainians is likely leaked by their commanders:
“Such shit happened to me, you won’t believe it! My husband was in a hospital, and he recently returned to the front. Several days after he left, the funeral service called me, giving me all my husband’s personal data. They offered me a discount on the funeral, on the coffin. But he’s alive! I talked to him. This means that commanders and military enlistment offices, fuck knows who exactly, leak the data of the wounded in advance. It seems that this is how the commanders earn money from our husbands “.
