Erdogan To Iraqi Kurdistan: Israeli Flags Will Not Save You

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned Iraq’s Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) that “Israeli flags” will not save it and all military and economic measures are on the table to oppose a secession of the Kurdistan Region from Iraq.

“Frankly, we did not give credence until the last moment that Barzani [President Of Iraqi Kurdistan] would make a mistake like this,” Erdoğan said on September 26 in Ankara according to Hurriyet Daily News. “This means that we were wrong. The decision, which was taken without a prior consultation or meeting, is a betrayal to our country in an era where our relations were at their best level in history.”

The KRG has used close ties with Turkey to use a pipeline from northern Iraq to the Turkish Mediterranean port of Ceylan to export oil. However, the KRG’s independence referendum held on September 25 faced a strong opposition from Turkey, Iran and the Iraqi Federal Government.

Erdogan said that the KRG “will be left in the lurch when we start imposing our sanctions” adding that Ankara would “close the oil taps, all [KRG] revenues will vanish, and they will not be able to find food when our trucks stop going to northern Iraq.”

“Who will recognize your independence? Israel. The world is not about Israel. You should know that the waving of Israeli flags there will not save you,” Erdogan added.

The only country that officially supports the KRG push for independence is Israel.

Serious

After that, Arabs in the lands stolen by kurds must take their independance too.

hhabana

Erdogan said it like it is.

Serious

They cry about “oppression”. They grab other lands and after they take indepedance while Iraqis are fighting ISIS.

Arabs were too kind with kurds. They must retook the land stolen and give independance to the turds where they live and stop cooperations whith so much dirty people.

Terra Cotta Woolpuller

They started oppressing and genociding the population from 1991-2003 in Kurdistan there have been an exodus of several millions of Non-Kurdish people from there and the Kurds attacked going south when ISIS took Mosul. This was well planned by the top NATO brass along with the US,UK,France,Germany,Turkey,Israel,Saudi Arabia,Jordan,UAE and Qatar all in attendance there.

These Barzabi and Talabani are all thieving gypsies and land grabbers , they are already threatening people with death if they don’t leave of those who oppose them, this is what the US meant when they said they will be in the region for years. They went to great lengths to get a foreign Jew to lead the Kurds in Masoud Barzani dictator not even born in Iraq, in charge now for 26 years and no mandate in 2 years. His father was a Jewish MOSSAD agent and heavily promoted as being Kurdish.

Mullah Krekar another Kurd and top Al Qaeda boss met in 2014 with Barzani’s son and other GCC, NATO officials in Amman. They laid out plans for the terrorist army attack on Syria and Iraq. They planned to use the Iraqi Armies military equipment by having them abandoning it, that order came from Zebari whose wife is a cousin to Masoud Barzani . The Iraqi army never deserted but were ordered to leave their weapons and equipment as were the police which were conspicuously away on Holidays. These things are always being watched all the time and most don’t understand what goes on t these meetings.

Israel is the commander of the United States…The United States are the commander of Europe and 70% of the rest of the world…I do not think Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Russia have the balls to fight this great military power. They are too divided and have too many different interests.
Unfortunately this is the problem

BL

Powers can unite pretty quickly if their very existence is threatened regardless of interests.

Serious

We will see if Barzani will ask for Palestinian independance !!! XD.

Erdogan is making me like him why is that? Why did he want assad out again? The us and israel wanted their puppet. The saudis qataris and uae wanted their pipeline. But turkey isnt particularly friendly with israel us or ksa as much as other countries … i dont think they minded the loss of the pipeline so much when the kurdish and egyptian ones already pass thru it. So why were they hostile to assad??

Serious

Because, he is a Sunni and therefore, he is idiot. Erdogan had everything to loose to be against Assad. Sunnism is synonym of stupidity.

jason sixx

Lol sunnis are stupid as fk letting a dwarfish country like israel divide them and make them constantly fight so that might just be it.

Serious

Exactly. They are so so so stupid. Nobody can help them. They are finished.

Because if Syrian Kurds and Iraqi Kurds gain an independent state, u can bet ur balls wars will break out in turkey and Iran who’s Kurdish populations border the Syrian and Iraqi Kurdish populations!

These wars will benefit Israel greatly (especially in Iran)!

A Kurdish state gains the Israeli’s a beach head right next to Iran which is like allowing Russian Bases in Mexico next to the USA!

(or like NATO bases in Ukraine right next to Russia)

The only country that officially supports the KRG push for independence is Israel.

International of Terrorists :))

Serious

israel did the same with south sudan. They push for independance of south sudan. Now, south sudan is in civil war and starvation. US and israel are taking the oil in south sudan and Europe is taking the refugees.

If israel is your friend, you don’t need ennemis.

Blagajna Blagajna

Some dirty games of power and money hidden behind the lies of freedom and demo(n)cracy. Again :(

Rodger

I have been supportive of a Kurdish state for years but that support is waning fast.
