On January 31, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
Nine of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
One more video shows additional drone attacks that targeted a gathering of engineering vehicles of Kiev forces close to the settlement of Vodyane in the Donetsk direction.
Another video shows an attack with BM-35-type fixed-wing suicide drones that targeted a power plant feeding Kiev forces in the direction of Sumy.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “transport infrastructure facilities that supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ammunition depots, temporary deployment areas of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) and foreign mercenaries in 138 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted during the same period four guided aerial bombs, one HIMARS projectile, and 47 fixed-wing drones.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 111,681 drones, 646 air defense systems, 27,423 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,653 multiple rocket launchers, 32,972 artillery pieces, and 53,267 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
