This satellite imagery was posted by Stratfor. The US-based think tank argues that these are Russian aircrafts and artillery at the Bassel al Assad air base near the Syrian city of Latakia. But it use “possible” even in cations.

The video below was posted on September 20. It was reportedly made near Homs and shows a “large Russian aircraft and 4 escorts”:  Il-76 , Su-27s and Su-24s.

Yes, it’s Russian aircrafts. However, Iran bought a lot of them and has Il-76 and SU-24s in its air forces. So, even if the geolocation and date are right, we can’t argue that it’s Russian military.
