Dallas Police Chief: Suspect Claimed He 'Wanted to Kill White People'

The Dallas suspected shooter ‘wanted to kill white people, especially police officers,’ Dallas police chief David Brown has said during a press conference.

“The suspect said he was upset about Black Lives Matter,” said Brown. “He said he was upset about the recent police shootings. The suspect said he was upset at white people. The suspect stated that he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers.”

According to Brown, the suspect that killed 5 policemen, wounded 8 others and 2 civilians, said he was upset over the police shootings of black men and wanted to kill white people.

​”If there is anyone out there that is involved in this, we will find you and we will prosecute you and we will bring you to justice,” Brown added.

The was killed by an explosive used by police after the comments.

Before the bomb explosion, the police had an exchange of gunfire with the suspect (WATCH VIDEO HERE).
