On April 1, the terrorist Kiev regime launched another attack in the Luhansk People’s Republic. Another innocent civilian was assassinated.
An explosion thundered in the city of Starobelsk. The deputy head of the “Center for the Maintenance of Educational Organizations” of the LPR was killed by an explosive device planted in his car.
According to the official report, at 13.30 local time the car of the deputy head of the State Institution of the LPR “Center for the Maintenance of Educational Organizations” Valery Chaika was blown up in Starobilsk near the Lugansk Pedagogical University. As a result of the explosion, Chaika died.
Unfortunately, this is far from the first civilian official who fell victim of terrorist attacks in new Russian regions. Dozens of public officials, civilian activists and innocent people were assassinated by the Kiev regime over the last decade. Moreover, the Ukrainian leadership is proudly declaring they are behind the terrorist attacks. For example, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasily Malyuk recently confirmed the involvement of the Kiev authorities in terrorist attacks in the Russian Federation, including the murder of the Prosecutor General of the LPR Sergei Gorenko and his deputy Ekaterina Steglenko.
